“IL LANIFICIO CLUB” Program Regulations


Il Lanificio Retail S.r.l. (hereinafter “Il Lanificio”), with registered office in Milan, Via Larga 2,
VAT No. 03392230961, promoter of the loyalty program “Il Lanificio Club” (hereinafter, the “Program”), sets out below the Regulations of the Loyalty Program.

Program description
Points collection through the loyalty program “Il Lanificio Club” (hereinafter, the “Program”).

Territorial scope
European territory, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Eligible participants
This Program is intended for individuals of legal age who are enrolled or will enroll in the loyalty program (hereinafter the “Customer(s)” or the “Member(s)”).

Program duration
Points collection runs from 1/02 to 31/12 of each year. At the end of each year, points will be reset.

How to participate in the Program
By registering for the Program, the Customer may accumulate points (hereinafter “Point(s)”) through purchases made in IL Lanificio stores and online at www.illanificio.it.
Each Customer may also accumulate Points by participating in special activities and engagement initiatives and/or points campaigns that will be communicated by IL Lanificio from time to time via E-mail, SMS and other marketing tools (if the Customer has opted in to receive marketing communications).
The Program offers Customers access to various rewards and benefits, as described below.

Program communication
The Program will be promoted through online communications, in Il Lanificio stores and on social networks. Il Lanificio reserves the right to promote the Program also through additional methods it deems most appropriate.

Registration
Individuals of legal age may join the Program and can register only once. The Program is intended exclusively for end consumers. Customers who participate in a different Il Lanificio loyalty program (affiliates/partners and employees) are excluded from participation. Retailers/distributors and/or anyone making purchases in the exercise of a commercial activity may not enroll in the Program, even on behalf of their customers.
Il Lanificio may refuse to accept any registration request as a Member in case of suspected fraudulent use of the Program or in case the Customer participates in a different Il Lanificio loyalty program or in the same loyalty program. Il Lanificio may refuse to offer or continue to offer access to the Program to any person, for example, in case of suspected fraudulent use of the Program, and may change its eligibility criteria from time to time by providing appropriate notice.
All those who meet the requirements may register to become a Member by completing the registration process and providing IL Lanificio with up-to-date, complete and accurate information, as specifically required by the registration procedures described below.
It will be possible to register for the Program in the following ways:
● online at www.illanificio.it by creating an account, entering the required information, including e-mail address and password, and accepting the regulations. If the Customer already has an account on www.illanificio.it, by logging in with their credentials they will consent to become a Member by accepting the Program’s terms and conditions and providing any missing information;
● in Il Lanificio stores in Italy by providing the required personal data to the staff. After registration, the new Member will receive an e-mail confirming completion of registration for the Program. The Member may then access and complete the profile by visiting www.illanificio.it and creating their own account.
A necessary condition for participation is prior review of the privacy notice and full acceptance of the regulations.
The personal data provided at the time of enrollment must be correct and truthful.
All Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and other account information.
Members are fully responsible for all activities carried out within their account.

Updating personal information
During registration, Customers must provide their personal data and e-mail address to ensure correct Points accounting. Consequently, each Member is responsible for keeping their personal information accurate and up to date.
Members may be asked by IL Lanificio to comply with certain requests necessary for identity verification and for updating their information.

Information on points, rewards and benefits of the Program
The Program allows Members to accumulate Points on an individual basis and exclusively for their own account.
The Program is structured to offer certain rewards and benefits upon reaching the Points threshold corresponding to one of the three predefined levels, as illustrated in the “Rewards” section.

Earning Points
Following correct enrollment in the Program, for every purchase made in IL Lanificio stores and/or online at www.illanificio.it Members will automatically receive 5 Points for every euro (€1). The minimum spend to earn points is one euro (€1).

By way of example:
● A spend of € 50.00 will entitle the Member to 250 Points;
● A spend equal to or less than € 0.99 will not entitle the Member to any Point;

In the case of totals with decimal figures, Points will be rounded down.

By way of example:
● A spend of € 125.20 will entitle the Member to 630 Points;
● A spend of € 26.50 will entitle the Member to 130 Points;

The purchase of IL Lanificio Gift Cards entitles the Member to accumulate Points, while purchases made using IL Lanificio Gift Cards will not entitle the Member to accumulate Points.
Il Lanificio reserves the right to adopt additional promotional activities to benefit its Customers. In particular, extensions of the initiative, additional rewards or more favorable conditions for Members may be provided. Such conditions will be communicated from time to time by IL Lanificio depending on the promoted initiative.
In the case of purchases in IL Lanificio stores, points will accrue after providing the sales assistant with the e-mail associated with the Customer.
In the case of online purchases at www.illanificio.it. Members must log into their account and complete the purchase; Points will be earned only when the order has been confirmed and shipped by IL Lanificio in accordance with the Online General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on www.illanificio.it. Points will be credited to the Member’s personal account after the purchase.
For orders placed in store, points will be assigned upon issuance of the final receipt issued at the time of product delivery.
For catalog orders placed online, points will be assigned only when the order has been confirmed and shipped by Il Lanificio.
For any issue regarding the possible failure to credit Points to the account, the Member may contact Customer Service in the ways indicated on the website www.illanificio.it and Il Lanificio will resolve the issue and, where applicable, credit the Points within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request.
There is no limit to the number of Points a Member can earn through purchases. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or assigned to third parties.
Il Lanificio reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks regarding a Member’s regular participation in the Program, for example by revoking Points credited for purchases that do not fall within the intended use of the Program; in any suspicious case, the account may be suspended or closed at Il Lanificio’s sole discretion.
In case of return of the purchased item, the Points earned by the Member will be deducted from the total accumulated Points. The return of items purchased both online and in store will result in the deduction of Points from the account once the return is confirmed by IL Lanificio.
Points accumulation is aimed at reaching one of the three predefined levels corresponding to the Rewards indicated in the “Rewards” section.
From the start of the Program, each new Member is automatically assigned Level 1 upon enrollment. Members may accumulate Points from enrollment until 31 December 2026. After that, the Points accumulated up to that time will be reset, without prejudice to the possibility that IL Lanificio may decide, at its sole discretion, to extend the expiry. In this case, notice may be given in the following ways: in stores and/or on the website www.illanificio.it and/or via e-mail.
From 1 January 2026, Customers will again be able to accumulate points, starting from the reset balance.

Cross-Country points collection
Customers participating in the Program may also collect points through online purchases and within the territories indicated in the table below. The collection of such points allows them to be credited for the purpose of reaching status levels and using the rewards provided by these regulations in Italy. Loyalty points will be credited to the Customer according to the conversion shown in the table below.

Multipliers
Multipliers are factors that increase the points resulting from the conversion 1 € : 5 points and provide “extra points”.
When active, they multiply points derived from purchases according to the multiplier factor provided by the promotion.
IL Lanificio reserves the right to activate such multipliers at specific times of the year, based on the time period or the store linked to the receipt (or the online order) or specific product categories purchased.

By way of example:
● For an entire month, a promotion is active that doubles (x2) the points derived from purchases made during that period. A purchase made in that month, with a receipt value of € 100, will generate 1000 points for the Member (500 points from the purchase + 500 “extra points” from the promotion).

Multipliers are not “cumulative”. If two or more multiplier promotions are active, the most advantageous promotion will be applied.

How it works
The Program allows the customer to reach 3 different STATUS levels by accumulating points on purchases as described above. Depending on their status, the Customer will receive increasing benefits.

“Cotton Status”:
● It is acquired immediately upon activation/registration to the Program;
● Upon reaching 2,501 points within the year, the “cotton” Customer will move to the next level – “wool”;
● If the Customer does not reach the points threshold by 31/12 to move to Wool Status, they will remain in Cotton Status and their points balance will be reset.

“Wool Status”:
● The Customer acquires this status once they reach 2,501 points within a year;
● Upon reaching 7,501 points, the “wool” Customer will move to the next level – “Cashmere Status”;
● If the Customer does not reach the points threshold by 31/12 to move to Cashmere Status, they will remain in Wool Status and their points balance will be reset.

“Cashmere Status”:
● The Customer acquires this status once they reach 7,501 points within a year.

Each status upgrade, as well as any communication relating to participation in the loyalty program, is strictly necessary to provide the related services (for example, confirmation of registration/cancellation, status upgrades, attribution of dedicated discounts or reserved gifts) and must be considered necessary for the operation of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these regulations, the Customer agrees to receive such communications, which will be sent to the contacts indicated in the program registration form. Refusal to receive such communications makes it impossible for Il Lanificio S.r.l. to run the program and provide the related services. Any refusal expressed during the program will result in its automatic interruption.

Welcome Bonus 15%
Enrollment in the loyalty program, whether in store or online, allows the Member to receive a 15% discount not combinable with other promotions.
The Welcome Bonus 15% can be used within 90 days of issuance for purchases in store or online and is not combinable with other discounts or promotions.

Upgrade voucher from cotton to wool
When the Member is promoted to Wool level (from their previous Cotton level), they receive a €30 discount voucher valid on a minimum spend of €99, usable on the purchase following the threshold upgrade and not combinable with other promotions.
The €30 Upgrade Bonus valid on a minimum spend of €99 can be used online on a single order or in store in Italy on a single purchase, within 90 days of issuance within the calendar year, and is not combinable with other discounts or promotions.

Upgrade voucher to wool or cashmere
When the Member is promoted to Cashmere level (from their previous Wool level), they receive a €50 discount voucher valid on a minimum spend of €149, usable on the purchase following the threshold upgrade and not combinable with other promotions.
The €50 Upgrade Bonus valid on a minimum spend of €149 can be used online on a single order or in store in Italy on a single purchase, within 90 days of issuance within the calendar year, and is not combinable with other discounts or promotions.

Happy Birthday discount
During the week of their birthday, the Member is entitled to a discount usable both in IL Lanificio stores in Italy and online at www.illanificio.it
The value of the discount varies depending on the level, as follows:
● Cotton and Wool: 20% discount usable once during the entire birthday week.
The birthday discount is active and usable only after the customer’s first purchase in store in Italy and online at www.illanificio.it
● Cashmere: 30% discount usable once during the 7 days following the birthday, starting from the birthday.
The birthday discount is active and usable only after the customer’s first purchase in store in Italy and online at www.illanificio.it

Free shipping
Home delivery for online purchases is free in Italy and in Europe for Wool and Cashmere status members.

Free returns
Returns and size exchanges for online purchases are free for Cashmere status members. To use this benefit, the customer can receive the free return label by sending the request to customercare@illanificio.it

Private Sale and promotional initiatives
Il Lanificio reserves the right to arrange, during this Program, additional promotional activities dedicated to all levels.

Partnerships and Events
Cashmere level members may receive exclusive invitations to participate in exclusive events organized at Il Lanificio’s discretion.

Extra Bonus
The Member may earn or may be awarded additional extra points upon completion of various activities:
● Sign-up Bonus: upon joining the Program, the Member receives 50 bonus points;
● Newsletter Bonus: by selecting the dedicated online newsletter option, the Member receives 50 bonus points;
● Profile Bonus: the Customer will be awarded 50 Bonus Points for adding their phone number and an additional 50 Bonus Points for entering their date of birth in the personal area on www.illanificio.it

Personal data processing and communications
Participation in the Program involves the processing of personal data provided by the Member during registration, in order to allow IL Lanificio to execute the Program. In addition, in order to calculate the points accumulated by the Member, IL Lanificio will analyze data relating to the Member’s spending and information relating to participation in events and/or initiatives that provide points.
During the Program, Il Lanificio may send the Member communications necessary for the performance of the Program, such as, for example, information relating to benefits, promotions and events that provide points.
Where the Member has provided consents for profiling and marketing purposes, IL Lanificio may carry out such processing in relation to the Member.
All information relating to the processing of Members’ personal data can be found in the privacy notice at the end of these regulations.

Amendments to these regulations
IL LANIFICIO reserves the right to amend, within the limits of applicable law, these regulations or the exclusive benefits and special initiatives promoted under them at any time, in order to comply with legal obligations or if Il Lanificio intends to change its loyalty program and its commercial strategies. In such case, Il Lanificio will notify the Member of its intention to make such amendments at least thirty days before they enter into force. During this period the Member may withdraw from the Program; however, if they do not withdraw before the amendments enter into force, the amendments will be deemed accepted.

Withdrawal from the Program
The Parties may, in any case, freely withdraw from the Program without any charge. In particular, Il Lanificio may withdraw from or interrupt the loyalty activities and the Program at any time by communicating such intention at least thirty days before blocking the Member’s profile. Before the expiry of the above period, the Member may benefit from any exclusive benefits and special initiatives that may be available under the Program. After such period, unless otherwise communicated by Il Lanificio, any accumulated exclusive benefits and special initiatives will no longer be usable.
The Member may withdraw from the Program at any time by sending an e-mail to customercare@illanificio.it.

Suspension and revocation of the Member Profile
Il Lanificio may suspend the Member’s profile at any time if it suspects use in violation of these regulations or the law. The Member will be informed of the suspension and invited to contact Customer Service to obtain further information and provide any clarification.
IL Lanificio reserves the right to revoke the Member’s participation in the Program if the Member is found to participate in additional loyalty programs promoted by Il Lanificio.
